Description Learning; developing self Continually building upon all personal skillsets within the realm of Business Analysis, beginning with Elicitation and Enterprise Analysis Performing the required analysis and liaison activities in resolving support issues Self-organizes and effectively manages and prioritizes time as our team operates in a fast-paced environment Required to maintain a working understanding of all Service Delivery tools, processes and procedures Ensures all functions and activities are performed in accordance with accepted IT department standards and procedures Required to learn the multifaceted Academy business Duties may change and associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Actively pursuing the Certified Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) designation from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) would be viewed as a plus; willingness to obtain the CCBA designation within a specified period is required Experience with formalized IIBA and PMI methodologies preferred 2 years of combined employment work experience during or after college is required At least some experience in corporate retail a plus Has the ability to develop and maintain working relationships with our business partners Possesses the desire and ability to develop an understanding of assigned business lines and how they fit into Academy s day-to-day business operations, as well as achieving and maintaining a personal fluency with their business processes and applicable technologies Eager to develop a unique blend of business and technical savvy Capable of analyzing a situation across two or more technology platforms or business lines, and exercising an advanced curiosity Possesses strong teaming skills that can be developed to effectively facilitate group sessions and reach consensus Is dedicated to meeting/exceeding the requirements and expectations of internal and external customers Possesses strong communication skills, including effective listening, speaking, writing, and presenting Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/priorities at one time Motivated to work independently or as part of a project team Is skilled with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties (Sports Management, Finance, Admin, Sports Media, Graphics, Web, IT) Source:
