ancillary systems, engineering, grounds, security/safety, and housekeeping.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for establishment and oversight of the Facilities Operations Program & ensures regulatory standards are met while providing adequate documentation of the facility's plant operations.
Maintains records & reviews them with the Corporate Team for auditing and training purposes as needed Initiates bid requests.
Collaborates with the Corporate Team to coordinate repairs/replacements with outside vendors as needed Assists with Crisis Intervention/De-escalation training and acts as a trainer, when needed.
Audits the facility's' compliance with Life Safety Standards and works closesly with the Team to implement appropriate corrective plans.
Partners with the Corporate Team on construction/remodeling initiatives to ensure safety standardsare in place and budgeting is on track.
Partners with the Environment Care Director as the Hospital Safety Officers to ensure a safe workplace for all employees anda safe care environment for all patients Determines cause of problems; evaluates and implements solutions; solicits additional information/support as needed.
Requirements:
5 years in Facilities Management required; experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Extensive knowledge of facility buildings, equipment, and utilities required High school diploma required.
College degree in Engineering preferred.
