GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Provides transportation as scheduled for customers to and from appointments following all applicable Local, State and Federal laws and regulations.
ESSENTIALS OF JOB:
Monitors all transportation movement.
(frequently) Assists with loading and unloading of residents.
(occasionally) Maintains cleanliness of vehicles inside and out.
(frequently) Coordinates with Driver Coordinator.
(frequently) Must be able to commit the time necessary from an attendance and punctuality standpoint to accomplish the above specified Essentials of Job.
(constantly) Contributes to the ongoing process of meeting departmental and BCS goals and objectives.
Participates in utilizing customer feedback to measure and improve effectiveness of service level.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Must maintain a valid Texas driver's license.
No more than one moving violation or chargeable accident within the past two years.
Must be insurable by BCS's insurance carrier any time while performing driving duties.
Must be twenty-five years of age or more.
SKILLS:
Must be able to learn and comprehend basic instructions and orientation on the job.
Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information.
Ability to understand, remember, and communicate routine, factual information.
Ability to organize and prioritize own work.
PHYSICAL/SPECIAL DEMANDS:
Prepare and assess schedules.
Must lift or move up to 100 lbs.
or more with assistance, occasionally; 50 lbs.

Must be able to position self to reach floor level to six feet from floor.
Must be able to move throughout all BCS facilities.
Must be able to drive all company vehicles in a safe manner.

Must be able to work in all outdoor conditions (excessive heat, cold, snow, ice, rain, wind, etc.
