years of experience as a Customer Relationship Manager Excellent command over the English language Ability to multitask Strong management skills Ability to provide increased customer service Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho A good listener Good analytical and problem-solving skills A team player Detail-oriented individual having the ability to prioritize tasks Knowledge of industry best practices Having a positive attitude and the willingness to learn Complete understanding of the company's products and services Ability to adhere to the company policies and guidelines Benefits Full Time Benefits Include:
