Responsibilities:
Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings.
Removes trash/weeds from office areas and storage perimeter daily.
Spraying weeds on property.
Assists in the preparation of market ready units, including removing trash from vacant units (trash outs) prior to make-ready units.
Performs assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
Assists in the cleaning of available units.
Assists in changing out hasp/latches on unit doors.
Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs on available units, and/or common areas to the Facility Manager.
Meticulously maintains curb appeal.
Represents the community in a professional manner at all times-on/off property.
Ensures that unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner.
Learns and ensures compliance with all company, local, state, and federal safety rules.
Able to travel between locations.
Must be available to work on Saturday if needed.
