The primary responsibility of this role is to effectively find, organize, clean, load, and manage data within our CRM Platform.
This role will also be responsible for handling opt-out and bounceback emails, generating regular reports, and fulfilling individual report requests.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data management tools are essential for this position.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting data-driven decision-making, improving data quality, and promoting efficient data practices within the organization.
Key
Responsibilities:
Finding Data:
Research and identify relevant data sources to support business objectives.
Collect and extract data from various databases, platforms, and external sources.
Organizing Data:
Categorize and label data based on predefined criteria.
Develop and maintain a systematic data organization system within the CRM Platform.
Cleaning Data & Quality Assurance:
Review and validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Identify and rectify data inconsistencies or errors through data cleaning techniques.
Assisting in data quality control activities, such as identifying and resolving data discrepancies, or implementing data validation rules.
Assisting in data entry, data cleansing, and data organization tasks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Loading Data into the CRM Platform:
Import and upload data into the CRM Platform, ensuring proper mapping and integration.
Validate data integrity during the loading process.
Adding Data to Task Campaigns:
Incorporate relevant data into task campaigns to optimize customer outreach.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaign objectives.
Technical Support:
Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support for data systems, tools, and software used for data management, analysis, and reporting.
Handling Opt-out & Bounceback Emails:
Monitor and manage opt-out and bounceback emails promptly.
Update opt-out preferences and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Prepare weekly, quarterly, and monthly reports based on predefined templates.
Analyze and summarize data trends, insights, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Distribute reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Collaborating with higher-ups and other team members to perform basic data analysis tasks, such as generating simple reports, creating data visualizations, or conducting data queries.
Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, provide data support, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration related to data initiatives.
Individual Report Requests:
Fulfill ad-hoc report requests from various teams and departments.
Extract, manipulate, and analyze data to create custom reports as needed.
Listview Accesses:
Create and maintain listviews within SF to support data visualization and analysis.
Grant appropriate access to authorized personnel based on role and permissions.
Report Accesses:
Control access to reports and ensure data confidentiality and security.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement data access controls.
Data Privacy and Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to data privacy regulations and organizational data governance policies when handling sensitive or confidential data.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms.
Proficiency in data management techniques, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Experience with data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.
Proficient in using data analysis and reporting tools (e.
g.
, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and handling opt-out/bounceback emails is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
