With that we are looking to grow our Customer Service Team with passionate and enthusiastic representatives.
Internally we refer to this position as a Member Experience Professional.

Position Summary The Member Experience Professional will work in a team setting to accurately process transactions submitted by customers and members relating to the ownership of a horse.
This can include registration, transfer of ownership, and genetic testing.
Processing includes interacting with customers to complete the tasks submitted (via telephone, email, or internet chat) and provide information on work submitted to AQHA.

Responsibilities Assist members with all aspects of the registration, transfer of ownership, genetic testing, etc.
of their horse(s).
Confer with customers by telephone, email, web chat, or in person to provide or receive information needed to process their request.
Receive and enter orders, cancel accounts, and obtain details concerning issues the members may incur.
Review customer requests, enter updated information, complete work, and generate final documents such as certificate of registration, membership card, DNA test kit, etc.
Ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
Resolve customers' service or billing issues by performing activities such as refunding money or adjusting bills.
Maintain records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, problems, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Refer unresolved customer requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes and/or solutions.
Stay abreast of all changes made to rules, procedures, personnel, phone responsibilities and proper customer service and telephone techniques.
Read source documents and enter data in specific data fields for subsequent entry, using keyboards or scanners.
Correspond by telephone and e-mail with other organizations to gain additional information to establish the non-AQHA pedigrees.
Other duties as assigned.
Details Full or part time positions available Monday - Friday, 8am - 5 pm This position is on-site only at our headquarters in Amarillo, Texas.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
