Chief of Staff - The OccuNet Company Department Executive Leadership Team Job Summary Reporting to the President, the Chief of Staff is a highly influential and visible role at OccuNet, combining strategic planning, project management, and executive support across a fast-growing and innovative medical cost containment company.
The Chief of Staff is the President's partner in preparing the company's short-term and long-term strategic roadmap and enabling the management team to deliver on expected results.
This individual will act as a liaison between the President and the broader executive leadership team.
The role will be responsible for key business insights and accountability mechanisms, ensuring that business operations are delivering to plan.
Working alongside the President, this role offers broad exposure to OccuNet's businesses that will prepare the candidate for numerous leadership roles in the future.
Supervisory Responsibilities None Duties and Responsibilities Strategy management Develop, update, and execute the company's strategic plan and meet regularly with executives to discuss and problem solve progress on objectives Leverage financial models and other analytics to recommend strategic initiatives or opportunities for the organization Formulate, implement, and communicate key business metrics for reporting to the President and Board Executive support and Communications Act as the sounding board for senior executives and facilitate decision making Support the President in executive communications, both internally and externally Manage key executive meetings, including preparing materials, coordinating between contributors, and following-up on important next steps Project management Serve as the company's project management expert Work with the President to prioritize key initiatives, sprints, and strategic projects Monitor business processes to improve process efficiency and effectiveness and lead change management where necessary to ensure adoption/ implementation Industry Expertise and Skills Passion and experience in healthcare affordability and medical cost containment Personal Attributes and Mindset Creativity in solving problems and generating innovative solutions Strong business acumen and financial and analytical skills (Excel modeling preferred) Ability to drive and influence change across teams and decision makers Internal and external negotiations experience with ability to work across organizational boundaries to build alignment An ability to understand complex business, product strategies, develop strategic frameworks, and translate key themes and tactics into understandable, executable components and messages Strong project management and execution skills, including the ability to drive multiple high-profile projects and effectively leverage all resources to drive results Well-honed written, verbal and creative communication skills, including ability to translate insight into content, create slides or written presentations, create overall communication plans, and present to Board members Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field 7

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
