Experience in small engine diagnostics, repair and electrical components a must, especially in the industry of welding.
Salary Range Starting at $14.
00/hour and commensurate upon experience.
Small Engine Repair Duties and Responsibilities Small Engine Diagnostics and Repair Experience/Knowledge in welding industry Small Engine Electrical Components Experience/Knowledge in welding industry a.
Work under the supervision of the Branch Manager of Service Based Operations.

Efficiently work on equipment repair to the satisfaction of the Branch and Customer.
c.
Repair/Service Welding Machines independently.
d.
Appropriately keep repair tools and Branch supplies in working order.
Customer Satisfaction and Retention Maintain weekly and monthly meaningful customer contact.
Work to meet a customer's order deadline.
Keep communication open when working through a foreseeable customer issue/problem.
Set customer goals (with your supervisor) that you will meet on a monthly basis.
Notify Supervisor of any current customer dissatisfaction or potential arising issue and then work efficiently to cure or problem solve issues in an effective manner.
Branch Safety Maintain a Safety Manual for Repair Services Branch.
Keep all pertinent materials updated and readily available to staff.
Conduct timely safety checks of the Branch.
Oversee Branch Staff who complete safety checks.
Attend or designate monthly safety meetings.
Correct any safety issue or problem effectively and efficiently.
Branch Appearance Ensure on a daily basis that the Branch maintain a clean, safe environment and is accessible to customers and employees.
Remove all debris, trash and unwanted or not useful items as necessary.
Ensure that all exits and entrances are clear at all times.
Keep a Branch Maintenance Log with items that need to be completed and develop a plan to complete.
Detail all executed items.
Other Duties Perform other duties as required and directed that fall within the scope of the Company's purposes and direction.
Small Engine Repair Qualifications Qualifications include:
Candidate must have small equipment experience, specifically related to the welding industry Minimum H.
S.
Diploma 1-3 Year in Welding Supply/Gas Repair Services (will consider Engineering Student with some experience) Knowledge of Welding Supply and Gas Operations - Only Preferred 1-3 Years of Safety Experience related to Supply and Gas Operations- Only Preferred Problem solving and analytical processes Excellent verbal communication skills Punctual Training Certificates as Needed Valid Driver License Working conditions This position will require working conditions that include completing tasks outside, warehouse locations, other branch locations, community locations and customer locations.
The position will need to maintain a valid driver license.
Physical requirements The Lead Tech Equipment Repair will at times need to perform manual labor as required to complete a task.
There will be times that heavy lifting and standing for extended periods of time will exist.
The Lead Tech Equipment Repair will adhere to all Safety Measures related to the Company Policy and Procedures.
