Harrington Breast Center is a department within the BSA Health System and has provided breast health services for patients throughout the Texas Panhandle for many years.
Harrington Breast Center provides screening and diagnostic services for over 150 patients a day.

Summary:
The Registration Assistant is responsible for the greeting, checking-in and/or checking out of all patients.
This position is responsible for maintaining smooth clinic flow and collecting patient history along with insurance information.
Professionally greet all screening and diagnostic patients.
Ensures and corrects patient information and demographics.
Enter insurance information into OMNI & Mosaiq systems and scan insurance cards into OMNI system.
Registers and obtains all patient information including medical history.
Must be willing to assist in other areas as needed.
This employee would participate in our outreach program and would need to be available to work a 12 hour shift traveling with our Mobile Mammography Coach team at least once per week
Qualifications:
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred CPR Certification required Qualifications/
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
2-3 years experience in a medical office setting preferred 2-3 years experience of computer and telephone experience preferred Must have great organization skills Medical Terminology is preferred Able to multi-task Bi-Lingual preferred Must have great communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
