Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately Assist customers with product selection and provide information about product features and benefits Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues to the best of your ability Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and products to effectively assist customers Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements:
Must have or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty license as well as a Life/Health License 2 years Customer Service Experience is preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written English/Spanish a plus for this position Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficient in 10-key typing and basic math skills for cashiering purposes Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required Cash handling experience is a plus Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling options, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
