The Management Trainee is a full-time, entry-level position in the management career path.
The trainee will be responsible for learning total store operations, with the ultimate goal of moving up the ladder into a manager position.
Within the first 6-12 months, you can be promoted (based on performance and position availability), which can lead to up to a 40% increase in annual pay.
Trainees are typically promoted to General Managers within three to four years.
Manager Trainees must complete learning plan and course of study as outlined within the assigned time frame and must be willing to relocate for management position.
No previous experience is required.

Sales in a retail environment Freight handling and forklift training, certification, and operation Creating material estimates from blueprints Maintaining and merchandising store inventory LOCATION:
5200 S Western St, Amarillo, TX 79109 PAY:
Approximately $42k - $50k/year, which includes $16/hour plus monthly bonuses and full benefits.
Typically over-time will also be available.
SCHEDULE:
Typically falls within 7am-5pm, Monday-Friday with some Saturdays, on a rotating basis.
You will work a minimum of 48 hours.
However, hours may vary depending on location/store.
