8am- 5pm Monday- Friday Starting pay $18.

Maintain files for each client thoroughly and accurately for RCA Program.
Generate client payment request for the RCA program to be submitted to administration.
Assist with the distribution of RCA benefit to clients through home visits, via mail, or in-office inquiry.
Enter updates of clients' data into the agency database using Client Track.
Prepare program documents as required.
Communicates regularly with clients and caseworkers to ensure RCA program compliance to assure continuity of payments.
Prepare and submit reports as required to the management and accounting team.
Document all interactions with clients in client file through case notes.
Other duties delegated by his/her supervisor that are relevant to their position.
Job Requirements Job Requirements for a RCA Distribution Specialist:
Demonstrate understanding of Refugees and Refugee Resettlement processes.
Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Exceptional organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in written communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
Display a proactive and positive work attitude.
Computer literate with Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb and/or sit frequently or through the duration of the shift.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
