Responsibilities:
- Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
- Coordinate and manage property showings and open houses.
- Communicate with clients, prospects, and vendors to provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct market research and assist in the preparation of market analysis reports.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and online listings.
- Maintain and update property listings on various platforms.
- Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations and real estate laws.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations and real estate law is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
