We are an award-winning residential design-build landscape company; including projects such as outdoor kitchens, pools, fire pits, pavers, retaining walls, outdoor lighting, tree planting, landscape designs, and irrigation.
We are currently seeking a project coordinator to join our team.
The project coordinator will assist project managers with specific administrative tasks related to their assigned projects.
They will organize and communicate all the details of projects and specific assignments to team members and serve as a liaison between those team members and the project manager.
The project coordinator will handle administrative tasks for the project manager and team members to keep the project running smoothly.
This will include ordering equipment and supplies, managing deadlines and workflow, and scheduling meetings and appointments.
The project coordinator will assist the Controller with exports into QuickBooks for accurate job cost of labor and materials and other job cost specific bookkeeping tasks.
Cross-training in data entry, payroll, payables, and receivables will be required.
Notary - Must either have a Notary Public commission or be able to obtain immediately.
Custom Gardens will pay for the fees and supplies.

Have excellent computer skills- budgets and other documents are on computers and maintained in a variety of software databases Organize self and others efficiently and generate professional and accurate reporting and paperwork Be a problem solver- managers and landscape architects will handle major problems, minor problems should be handled without assistance Essential Job Duties:
Order material for jobs Coordinate materials and delivery of materials to crews Take material out of inventory Monitor crew times for estimated and actual time spent Support the maintenance and construction crews with the proper equipment, labor material and tools as needed Assist with material handling Monitor job requirements (equipment, manpower, materials) Order mandatory job permits and/or dig tests as required.
Demonstrate efficient and effective organization and communication skills Provide alternatives when the specified material is unavailable Schedule crews based on provided information from team members Monitor and correct timesheets for crews Adjust the schedule based on weather, material, and human resources Monitor the daily progress of projects Provide detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders Ensure team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits Organize reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access Plan meetings and organizing project logistics Inspect and organize material when it arrives Export data from our LMN software into QuickBooks for job costing data to be accurate.
Be able to cross-train other duties within the office such as data entry, payroll, payables and receivables.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Knowledge of the landscape industry (plants, irrigation, pools, pavers, retaining walls, outdoor lighting) Knowledge and experience in the use of skid loaders Be able to lift 75 lbs.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
