Quality Control Analyst : V. Reporting Functional Area: Operations Company: 23480 : Western National Life Insurance Company Employment Type: Full Time : Permanent Education Required: High School Diploma Experience Required: 3:5 years Travel Percentage: 0 Position Description: This position reports to the Net Apps Support Manager of OBS, reporting to the Director of Operations Business Support. Performance Objectives: - Analyze technical needs and developing specifications for system modifications, enhancements and new product features. - Review customer requirements and developing business requirement documents for system modifications. - Responsible for executing plans : test modifications, analyzing and verifying results. - Maintain logs, review and track errors. - Assist in developing and scheduling automated stress testing scripts. Monitor and report results as needed. Obtain user agreement that system changes meet the desired specifications. - Maintain and update applicable system tables. You will be responsible for receiving and manipulating large data files. Position Requirements - Three years strong knowledge of our systems and business functions or proven ability to achieve high level of knowledge from current industry. - Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision. - Must be prompt and accurate in analysis and evaluation of data. - Creativity required in deriving solutions to problems. - Ability to communicate with upper management staff, IT staff, training and processing staff regarding upgrades, changes and new projects that affect our site. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
