Pork Production Intern - Cargill (Dalhart, TX)
Interns will be required to give appropriate status updates as well as give a final presentation of findings.
Customized Training/Development Program-A customized training/development program will be developed for each intern.
It will address each intern's personal needs for training.
Just some of the areas that can be addressed are Time Management, People Skills, Computer Training, Presentation Skills, Communication and Conflict Resolution.
All items that are outlined in the training program must be completed by the end of the internship.
Job Qualifications Sophomores or juniors currently enrolled in an accredited program in Animal Science, Agribusiness, Ag-econ or related field with a GPA of 3.

Collaborate with cross-functional areas.
Ability to relate technical knowledge to job-related duties.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership experience.
