On-Site Math & Science Classroom Observer (Texas)
We are looking for people with content specific knowledge in of educational practices to visit participating teachers' classrooms and observe using proprietary tools and training.
We looking for observers to support an ongoing project.
These observations are a means of data collection, not intervention.
Observers do not conduct pre or post interviews with the participants.
Contracted observers are compensated for each observation they complete, and may schedule their visits at a mutually convenient time with the teachers.
These observations are conducts during the normal K-12 Academic School Year (Sept - May).
Travel and mileage expenses are reimbursed.
The number of available observations is dependent upon the number of participating teachers, time within the academic calendar, need for observation in the area or discipline, and the observer's willingness to travel.
Requirements:
Content knowledge in mathematics or science History of reliable and timely work Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to schools up to 60 miles from home base.
Available to observe during the academic school year (Sep-May) and during regular class times.
