Job Description:
-Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair computer hardware -Resolve hardware conflicts -Setup and Driver installation -Update and close all service calls promptly Job

-At least 2 years experience troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing computer hardware -Ability to install all types of peripherals and verify functionality -Ability to learn new applications and programs -Knowledge of operating systems Windows Vista, 7 and 8 - Excellent Customer Service Skills - Detail Oriented -Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment -Computer with internet access - Cell Phone -A reliable car -A
