SciCron Technologies, LLC is looking for an experienced manager who may have spent part of a career 'at the bench' and then moved on into the business, marketing, or management sectors of manufacturing.
SciCron coats a wide variety of plastic sheet and part products which are used in ultra-clean and static free applications in the electronics and semi-conductor industries. Our coated products also find their way into specialty applications like motorcycles with coated mar resistant wind screens. Our coated products are marketed through a world-wide network of plastics wholesalers.
Ideal Applicant Profile
BS degree in chemistry or chemical engineering (or equivalent technical degree)
Knowledge of polymer chemistry
Ability to work independently
Ability to establish work plans for development of new and improved coating products
Ability to supervise product development activity
Knowledge of laboratory safety and OSHA compliance standards
Ability to interface with customers, sales coordinators, and SciCron's leadership team
Applicant Background - Plus Features
IT experience
Background in coatings operations
Budgeting, cost control, and forecasting experience
Knowledge of radiation cure polymer systems
