Sanitation Supervisor

Food manufacturing company in Ponca City, Oklahoma seeking Sanitation Supervisor. Under the direction of the Sanitation Manager, the sanitation supervisor will direct the sanitation team to achieve total plant cleanliness. The Sanitation Supervisor will develop the sanitation team, while identifying those with potential for advancement. This is a third-shift position. $45-$50K depending on experience. Full-time with excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
First line of communication for problem solving and decision partnering for the Sanitation staff.
Apprises the Sanitation Manager as well as other appropriate personnel of significant occurrences or events that transpire during sanitation, such as, product contamination, major equipment failure, downtime, and personal injury.
Directly responsible for developing the sanitation team and key back-ups.
Responsible for ensuring associates receive quality training, and that sanitation team members are providing proper documentation for all training on a daily basis.
Assists the supervisor to performs 1st tier pre-operational inspections on all equipment on the production floors.
Accountable for ensuring all equipment is sanitary and assembled correctly, prior to start up each morning.
Ensures all members on the team are properly trained in the areas of SSOP's, food and plant safety, chemical awareness, and equipment assembly.
Responsible for coordinating and administering discipline with the hourly sanitation work force.
Focuses the majority of their time on the production floor in order to create a sense of urgency with regard to productivity, quality, safety, and cleanliness.
Responsible for coordinating assignments associated with the development, implementation, and completion of the department's goals and action steps.
Manage overtime within the confines of the projected budgeted amount.

Over two years related experience with progressive managerial responsibilities.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
