Based in Texas, reporting directly into the Trading Manager. You will be responsible for building your own grain and feed trading desk, driving business growth and building key relationships.
Responsibilities
Grass-roots origination and new business development.
Strategic pricing, marketing & hedging.
Coordinate logistics to maximize supply chain efficiencies and contract quality specifications.
Manage day to day operations with customers, brokers, and suppliers.
Requirements
Bachelors degree with successful track record of 10
years trading experience.
Experience in developing a book of business and new market
Positive, self-motivated individual with organization, communication, and negotiation skills.
Communication skills - listen, provide feedback both verbally and in writing.
Teamwork skills - build a positive work environment.
Leadership skills - demonstrate passion for the job and build the vision for the future.
Strong customer service commitment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
