Plant Care:
Incumbent cares for facility owned plants and plant containers on a daily basis:
dusting and removing dead leaves; reporting bugs or diseased plants to supervisor; assuring sufficient water and plant food; reporting over-watered plants; removing debris from container; cleaning edges of container. Folds, stacks, counts clean microfiber cloths, places in bags. Housekeeping:
Incumbent dusts and hi-dusts windowsills, handrails, chairs, and horizontal ledges in hospital corridors; cleans and spot-cleans seating, doors and door hardware, walls, metal and vinyl furniture; vacuums chairs in breezeways, conference rooms, and waiting rooms; vacuums floors; disinfects elevator buttons and elevator handrails daily. Physical Requirements:
Physically, the Laborer is expected to stands to clean plants, walks to dust hallways, bends or kneels to dust lower surfaces, and lifting arms to hi-dust. No heavy lifting is required; however, there may be some pushing or pulling of single or ganged chairs in order to reach rails for dusting or cleaning. Moderate lifting (15-44 pounds); moderate carrying (15-44 pounds); straight pulling (2 hours); pushing (1 hour); reaching above shoulder; use of fingers; both hands required; walking (4 hours); standing (4 hours); crawling (2 hours); kneeling (2 hours); repeated bending (2 hours); climbing, legs only (2 hours); both legs required; near vision correctable at 13 to 1 to Jaeger 1 to 4; ability to distinguish basic colors; hearing (aid permitted); far vision correctable in one eye to 20/50 and to 20/100 in the other and emotional and mental stability.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
